Plans start at $40/month. Every plan includes a coach-built training plan, workout logging, race tracking, team announcements, and challenges. Direct messaging is included on Pro and Elite.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
You can create an account for free. Monthly paid plans include a 14-day trial at checkout, and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.
Can I use Lactate for events other than the 800m?
Lactate is built around 800m training first. If your season includes nearby middle-distance events, your coach can still shape the plan around your full race schedule.
How do I get matched with a coach?
After signing up, your coach sends you an invite link to connect. Once linked, your personalized training plan and messaging are ready to go.
Is my data secure?
